My name is Kate and I have been working as a professional photographer and visual artist for over fifteen years. I am also a mum to seven-year-old twins and a toddler. I am based in South East London but I am happy to travel wherever you are.

My Photography Style

Through a combination of documentary-style images and beautiful portraits, I will record real family memories, and create a series of photos that tell a story - your story - at a particular moment in time.

‘Beautiful chaos’ is how I often find myself describing family life, and I am all about trying to reflect this through my photography, in an authentic yet striking way.

By documenting real - often fleeting - moments in your family life, I aim to reveal the joy, humour and love (sometimes with a healthy dose of exhaustion thrown in!) that make up your unique and vibrant family. I want the images to bring back a flood of memories and emotions of how life was right now, when you, and your children, look back on them in years to come. There’s so much beauty in the everyday and, for me personally, it’s those photos from my childhood which without doubt mean the most.
